PRO and document clearing services in Dubai

Government paperwork for companies and individuals, prepared, submitted and followed up until it is approved.

Last updated

A PRO (public relations officer) service handles a company's government transactions in the UAE: visas, Emirates ID, labour permits, licence renewals and document attestation. Instead of an in-house PRO, Credo Novus prepares each application, submits it to the right authority, follows it up and tells you when it is done.

Which government transactions do you handle?

Our document clearing covers the paperwork most UAE companies and residents deal with every year:

  • Company documents: trade licence renewals and amendments, and related compliance paperwork
  • Visas: entry permits, residence visa applications, renewals and cancellations for owners, employees and, where eligible, family members
  • Emirates ID: applications and renewals that accompany residence visas
  • Labour paperwork: work permits and employment contracts with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)
  • Attestation: certificates and documents that must be attested before they can be used in the UAE
  • Tracking: status tracking and proactive follow-up when an application needs more information

Who needs a PRO service?

New companies use a PRO service to get their first visas and registrations done correctly. Small and medium businesses use one so they do not need a full-time PRO employee for work that comes in waves. Individuals use one for personal visas and document attestation. In every case the value is the same: fewer rejected applications, fewer trips to service centres and no missed renewals.

How does document clearing work with Credo Novus?

  1. Tell us what you need. A visa, a renewal, an amendment or a full year of company paperwork.
  2. Get a checklist. We confirm exactly which documents are required for your case.
  3. We prepare and check. Forms are completed and every document is checked before submission.
  4. We submit and follow up. Applications go to the relevant authority and we track them to approval.
  5. We keep the dates. Expiry dates go on file so renewals start before they are due.

Which authorities are involved?

Depending on the transaction, files go to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) for labour matters, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Dubai (GDRFA) and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) for residency and Emirates ID, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation, and the licensing authority for company changes. Knowing which office handles what is a large part of getting it right the first time.

Will you remind me before documents expire?

Yes. Clients on ongoing support have their licence and visa expiry dates on file, and we prepare the renewal paperwork in advance so nothing lapses. Late renewals can lead to fines, so this is one of the most useful parts of the service.
