Your company in Dubai, from first idea to first invoice.
Licences, visas, government paperwork, HR and accounting, handled by one team that keeps every file in order, so you can get on with the business.
The setup path
Every new company in the UAE goes through the same government steps. We prepare each file, submit it, chase it and tell you when it is done.
-
Activity and jurisdiction
We match your activity to the right licence type and to mainland or a free zone, based on where you will trade and who your clients are.
-
Trade name and licence
Name reservation, initial approval and the licence application, prepared and submitted for you, with every document checked before it goes in.
-
Office and establishment card
A lease or flexible desk that satisfies the licence, then the establishment card that lets the company sponsor visas.
-
Visas and Emirates ID
Entry permits, medicals, biometrics and Emirates ID for you, your partners and your first hires.
-
Corporate bank account
We prepare the file banks ask for and stay with the application until the account is open.
-
Run and renew
Renewals, amendments, HR and bookkeeping kept on schedule, with one person who already knows your file.
What we handle for you
Most clients come to us to set up, then stay for the paperwork that follows. Every request runs through one point of contact.

Questions founders ask first
Short answers here. The full list is on the FAQ page, and anything specific to your company is best answered in a consultation.
Mainland or free zone: which is right for me?
It depends on where your customers are and what you sell. Mainland companies can trade directly across the UAE market; free zone companies suit international trade and specific sectors. See the mainland and free zone comparison, and we compare both for your activity in the first consultation.
How long does company setup take?
Timelines depend on the activity, the jurisdiction and how quickly documents are signed. Your setup plan lists each step and its expected timing before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?
Many steps can be prepared remotely. Some, such as biometrics for a residence visa and certain bank meetings, need you in the country. We plan your visit around them.
What do you need from me to start?
Usually passport copies for shareholders, a passport photo and a short description of the business. We send a checklist specific to your activity after the first call.
Tell us where your business is today.
We will map out the clearest route to where you want it to be, and tell you plainly what it involves.
